Job summary

Your Employment Solutions is hiring a PET Mixing Operator in Ogden, Utah, earning $18.65/hour. This 12-hour shift role rotates on a 2-2-3 schedule, with A/B 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and C/D 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Job description

We're hiring a PET Mixing Operator in Ogden at $18.65/hour to keep production running accurately and on schedule. If you have experience operating mixing or batching equipment in a manufacturing environment and take pride in getting the formula right every time, this role is built for you. This is a 12-hour shift position with a rotating schedule that gives you built-in days off throughout the week.

What You'll Do

• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients precisely according to batch sheets and product specifications
• Operate mixing, blending, and processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Verify raw materials before use to confirm accuracy and quality
• Monitor mixing processes in real time and make adjustments to stay within spec
• Complete batch records, production documentation, and quality control checks
• Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards on every shift
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation
• Report production issues, equipment concerns, or quality deviations to your supervisor promptly
• Support inventory control and raw material management

What You Bring

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow formulas, batch sheets, and written work instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills

Preferred

• Previous experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing production
• Hands-on experience with mixing, batching, or processing equipment
• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift

Schedule & Shift

This position runs on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

A and B shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

C and D shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay & Compensation

$18.65 per hour
