Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work with tools and technical processes.
Hands-on, mechanically inclined, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable interpreting technical information and instructions.
Understanding of Electrical concepts.
Basic computer literacy and navigating standard software.

Responsibilities

Assembles parts and units and positions, aligns, and fastens units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames using hand and power tools.
Positions, aligns, and adjusts parts for proper fit and assembly.
Connects cables, tubes and wiring according to schematics.
Follows work instructions, blueprints, and procedures to meet specs and quality.
Supports continuous improvement and problem solving activities.
Works in a team to assemble components and assist Team Leader.
