Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking a press operator to run hydraulic, mechanical or dial presses and produce bearing components at set quality levels. You will perform a range of press operations and bench tasks, using micrometers and gauges to verify tolerances and accuracy.

The role requires careful counting, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining a safe, clean workstation. You will also assist with material movement and other duties as assigned by the lead or supervisor to support production goals

Qualifications

• Operates hydraulic, mechanical, or dial press to produce bearing components.
• Moves and handles materials with care to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Maintains accurate production counts and reports discrepancies to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses to assemble bearings and perform required bench tasks.
• Inspect parts for spins/cracks and ensure quality levels.
