Job summary

Proper Beverage Company in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Batching Technician to join our production team on 1st shift (5:30am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday). You will ensure the accurate mixing of ingredients to meet batch specifications, while maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities include following recipes, coordinating with the Batching Supervisor for timely ingredient availability, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Experience in batching, mixing, or similar production processes.
• Strong knowledge of batching equipment, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow batching processes and accurately measure and mix ingredients per recipe and schedule.
• Coordinate with the Batching Supervisor to ensure timely ingredient availability.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
