Job summary

Chestnut Labs is seeking a production associate to support batching and weighing operations in a dairy/food processing environment. You will review batch sheets, confirm ingredient numbers, weigh ingredients accurately, and ensure traceability and allergen controls throughout the process.

The role requires maintaining clean pre-weigh areas, operating liquid pumps, and documenting weights while coordinating with the Process Lead or Supervisor to ensure proper batch execution and safety compliance.

• Moderate on the job training.

Responsibilities

• Review batch sheets and confirm RM numbers and Lot numbers with supervisor for discrepancies.
• Accurately weigh ingredients and label containers for traceability and allergen control.
• Close containers and drums, clean residue, and return to warehouse pallets.
• Maintain clean pre-weigh area, scales, totes, buckets and scoops; document weights and lots on batch sheets.
