Job summary

Hospeco Brands Group seeks a Compounder to measure, blend, and process chemical ingredients per formulations and safety standards at our Chicago facility. The role ensures consistent quality of mixed products by following batch instructions, monitoring equipment, and maintaining production records.

You will monitor and operate mixing equipment, manage ingredients, and uphold GMP, safety, and quality requirements while collaborating with the lab and maintenance teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Previous experience with mixing equipment and scales.
• Follow procedures and safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Mix batches according to instructions and procedures.
• Weigh ingredients and scale up for batches.
• Load ingredients into mixing tanks and inspect packaging.
• Maintain logs, records, and housekeeping per GMP.
• Comply with OSHA and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, lab, and management as needed.
