Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and diagrams.
• Basic math skills including decimals and fractions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work steps precisely.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine cutting layout, dimensions and blade type.
• Set cutting speed, feed rate, and table angle per instructions.
• Position and secure stock on the cutting table for cutting.
• Calibrate saw and perform daily maintenance and cleaning.
• Read drawings and set Miter accordingly.
• Maintain safe operation around moving parts and wear PPE.
