Job summary

Midwest Steel Fab, LLC is looking for a skilled Saw Operator to join our production team in Wichita, Kansas. The selected candidate will operate our main saw, ensuring precision in every cut of raw steel to specified dimensions.

This is a full-time position with shifts from Monday to Thursday, while Fridays may require overtime. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual saw to cut materials according to cut lists.
• Measure and mark materials for cutting using measuring tools.
• Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality.
