Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and job orders.
• Ability to read manufacturing documents in English.
• Experience with band saws and related maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with PCC Code of Conduct Requirements.
• Perform duties safely and report hazards to a supervisor.
• Promote safety practices including PPE and guarding.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment and tooling.
• Operate band saw.
• Complete blade changes and setups.
• Change rings, deburr parts.
• Palletize and wrap/band for shipping.
• Accurately process material orders for exact quantities and sizes.
• Maintain daily logs and maintenance records.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
