You will perform in-process inspections, maintain safety standards, and participate in ERP transactions. Requires 1–2 years with balancing machinery and a high school diploma or GED. 2nd shift offers a 5% differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
• 1-2 years’ experience in operating manual and/or balancing machinery and tooling.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Balance parts to meet production goals (cycle time, quantity, quality).
• Set up and operate balancing machines per setup instructions.
• Select, align, secure and remove fixtures and tools safely on machines.
• Interpret readings to determine weight removal and adjust accordingly.
• Perform in-process inspection and measure dimensions and tolerances.
