Job summary

We expect adherence to GMP/SQF and FDA regulations, with a focus on food safety, quality, and teamwork. The role includes ongoing training and collaboration with the Production team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and FDA regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the oven to bake to correct internal temperature.
• Maintain and record temperatures and settings per product specs.
• Complete oven/bake time worksheets and records as required.
• Ensure products meet specification requirements.
• Address equipment issues or deviations per supervisor instructions.
• Report persistent oven problems to the Production Supervisor.
• Adjust oven according to product baking profile or supervisor guidance.
• Report food safety and quality issues to leadership per GMP/SQF/FD A rules.
• Follow OSHA and food safety rules, maintain a clean work area.
• Complete monthly trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
