Job summary

Idaho Pacific is seeking a Production Bagger to support our continuous manufacturing operations. The role is hands-on, physical, requiring constant lifting and standing in a 24/7 plant environment, and involves bagging finished product, labeling, sealing, and palletizing.

You will monitor scale readings for weight accuracy, verify bags and codes, follow safety policies, keep work areas clean, and report issues to the Shift Manager. Prior reading and adherence to GMPs preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write legibly in English.
• Able to follow operational instructions precisely.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Must observe scale readings and maintain weight accuracy.
• Must comply with safety and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Bag finished product and stack onto pallets.
• Observe scale readings and ensure bag weight accuracy.
• Verify correct bags, labels, and code dates for legibility.
• Seal bags with heated glue sealer and align for proper seal.
• Report problems to Shift Manager and maintain clean areas.
• Follow safety policies and plant procedures in daily work.
