Job summary

The role emphasizes logging sheets, audits, and inventory documentation, with teamwork, strong communication, and strict safety adherence. Forklift/packaging experience preferred; milk processing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Forklift and packaging experience preferred.
• Milk processing plant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and maintain Packaging Log Sheets.
• Audit CCP charts and Metal Detection daily.
• Document production data accurately.
• Transfer finished product to the Warehouse.
• Inspect packaging for defects.
• Follow OSHA and Safety Regulations and procedures.
