New Weds Foods is seeking a Bagger to operate a bagging machine, ensure correct labeling and weight, and verify bags pass through the metal detector before leaving the area.

The role involves stacking bags on the correct skid color, reporting malfunctions, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Prior experience in production is a plus; strong communication and ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge about manufacturing food preferred.
• Able to communicate well, both verbal and written; good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging machine to fill bags and ensure proper labeling and weight.
• Ensure bags pass through metal detector and meet quality checks.
• Stack bags on correct skids and color codes; report any malfunctions.
• Return unused labels to operator for recording.
• Clean machine and work area; maintain safety and company policies.
• Report shortages to lead operator; perform other duties as assigned.
