You will perform mechanical assembly, wiring, and integration of flight-critical electronics for UAV, eVTOL, and marine programs, transforming PCBs and components into certified avionics and flight computers. The role requires 1-2 years of hands-on electronics assembly, ability to read blueprints, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on electronics assembly experience, including wire harness fabrication and assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, wire lists, and routing diagrams.
• Comfort with standard hand tools, wire strippers, crimps, and digital calipers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electromechanical units including flight computers and battery enclosures using hand tools and torque drivers.
• Fabricate, crimp, route, and terminate wire harnesses per schematics.
• Mount components into chassis, ensure proper fit and alignment; apply coatings and materials as specified.
