Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking an Assembler to build parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery under the Production Supervisor. You will follow work instructions, inspect equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience. The role requires basic math, reading simple words, and teamwork for efficient production flows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate various machines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read simple words and numbers; basic arithmetic with weights.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery.
• Inspect machine at start of shift and document on check sheet.
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines.
• Operate safely in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team.
