Job summary

The role requires basic reading, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will inspect during shifts, maintain equipment, and contribute to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Basic reading and arithmetic; ability to read simple instructions.
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery.
• Inspect machine at beginning of shift and note issues.
• Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Report faulty operation or defective material to supervisor.
