Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking an Assembler to produce parts by hand or with simple machinery under the direction of the Production Supervisor. The role involves following work instructions, assembling components, inspecting quality, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Responsibilities include packing products, recording shift results, and reporting any defects. The position requires basic math, teamwork, and the ability to work in a factory setting with light to moderate noise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Manual dexterity to operate hand tools and simple machinery.
• Attention to detail to meet quality standards.
• Ability to read a limited number of words and numbers; basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and route sheets; assemble and pack products.
• Inspect machine at shift start and record on check sheet.
• Clean and lubricate machinery as required.
• Inspect and place parts in designated trays.
• Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Report faults to supervisor and conduct visual quality checks.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and on varied surfaces.
