Job summary

MFA Oil Company in Missouri is seeking a Big O Alignment Technician to perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work in accordance with company programs, policies, and procedures.

You will ensure safe vehicle operation, support the flow of customer service, and participate in weekly safety meetings while assisting in training new staff and maintaining quality controls across shop functions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Willingness to comply with pre-employment screenings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Maintain the orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Decode and repair customers’ vehicles and ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety, policies, and product changes.
• Assist management in orientation, training, and coaching of new personnel.
