Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Body Technician in White House, TN. You will perform full collision repairs, focusing on frame, structural work, and precise reassembly. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality results and maintain a safe, organized shop floor.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience, frame and structural expertise, and a detail-oriented, team-first mindset. Eligible to work in the U.S. is a must.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work.
• Quality reassembly and precise final touches.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep work location safe and tidy.
