Caliber Murfreesboro is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team at the Murfreesboro, TN center. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from dents to frame rebuilds, with a focus on precise, factory-specified workmanship.

Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong safety mindset. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver quality results and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge and ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tighten bolts and ensure quality welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a shop environment.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with team to move vehicles through the process.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to shop protocols.
