Job summary

Tekberry Inc. is seeking an Assembly and Test Technician to work on-site in East Aurora, NY. The role is a contract-to-hire position with an estimated duration of 12 months and a pay rate of $33 per hour.

As an A&T Technician II, you will assemble components using mechanical and electronic measurement tools, follow drawings and instructions, and perform operational tests on high-precision stands. FAA Drug & Alcohol Program participation is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or demonstrated ability to understand instructions in English.
• 3 years of related experience in a technical field.
• Enrollment in FAA Drug & Alcohol Program due to Safety Sensitive work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly activities using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment and fixtures to meet build requirements.
• Work from drawings, work instructions, and parts lists with written communication of performance results.
• Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests on high precision test stands.
