Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Able to use hand tools and power tools listed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Work at heights up to 10 feet and climb ladders repeatedly.
• Read and write basic English and perform basic math.
• Basic carpentry and reading detailed drawings preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass pre-employment screenings including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-assembly, building windows or doors, and crates.
• Safely operate tools and follow safety procedures.
• Read drawings and measurements to construct components.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality and quality workmanship.
