Marvin is hiring a Production Assembler in Kansas City, KS. In this role you will assemble windows and doors using hand and power tools, following safety protocols under guidance from an experienced training team.

This is a physical role with a Monday–Thursday schedule, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. Marvin offers health insurance from day one, PTO, a company-funded well-being account, and opportunities to cross-train across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling products with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read visual and written instructions and follow directions.
• Willing to cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Operate equipment to measure, cut, and drill parts as required.
• Support production lines and retrieve parts from computer displays.
