Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo in Milford, OH is seeking an assembler to perform simple to complex fabrications and mechanical assemblies with close tolerances. You will fit, align and adjust components using hand and power tools, with some welding tasks.

Candidates should have experience as an assembler, ability to read blueprints, good attendance, and willingness to work overtime; a high school diploma is required; steel-toe shoes and safety glasses are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assembler in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hand and power tools required.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Install components to specifications using various hand and power tools and equipment.
• Ensure parts match drawings and quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, process flow instructions and other written/verbal guidance.
• Accurately report shop floor production data to Process or Team Lead.
• Follow visual and written work instructions to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety rules.
• Support other projects and perform duties as assigned.
