Job summary

Stellar is seeking a full-time assembler to assemble finished products under supervision. The role requires basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices. You will read work orders, follow directions, operate tooling, maintain a clean work area, and comply with safety rules.

Attendance is essential, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required. This position emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement of quality with minimal scrap,

Qualifications

• Prior assembly experience.
• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Basic manufacturing background and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Exceptional Attendance.
• Be able to climb ladders, sitting/standing as needed to do job tasks.
• Be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assemble finished products and work with a team.
• Read work orders and understand technical documents.
• Operate proper tooling and other equipment to fulfill basic job requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety rules.
• Take direction from area supervision to complete orders on time.
• Strive to reduce scrap and improve quality.
• Be prompt and on time daily for work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
