Job summary

Crane Company is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will assemble parts at designated workstations, follow prints and on-the-job training, and perform basic electrical and performance tests on subassemblies and finished products.

The role requires using hand and air tools, lifting up to 30 pounds, teamwork, and contributing to KPI metrics. We offer a collaborative environment, safety-focused policies, and opportunities for development within Crane.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Stable work history.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per prints, work instructions, and on the job training.
• Use basic hand tools and air tools to assemble products.
• Perform specified electrical and performance tests on subassemblies and assembled product.
• Assist on paint line as needed.
• Complete KPIs for performance measurement.
• Ability to work with other people in a team environment.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Other duties as signed.
