Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Assembly Technician for Technical Glass Products in Snoqualmie, WA. You will perform final assembly with hand or power tools, fit hardware, cut channels, and install gasketing according to drawings and procedures.

You will inspect products, document operations, and use NCRs to resolve issues while prioritizing tasks to meet on-time delivery. Requires 1+ years in manufacturing/ mechanical assembly and basic reading of blueprints.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing/ mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, production and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints, production and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly on products using hand or power tools per drawings and work instructions.
• Fit and install hardware to frame; cut and fit channels to frame using conventional cutting equipment.
• Install gasketing per protocol; inspect completed operations for quality, accuracy and quantity.
• Document operations performed; verify all operations completed as specified; report issues and NCRs.
• Prioritize and schedule assembly to ensure on-time delivery per requirements.
