Qualifications

• Certified Fluid Power Specialist preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize for customer needs.
• Detail oriented to ensure high quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per work instructions using hand and power tools and equipment.
• Assemble entry‑level products to meet quality, quantity, efficiency and customer standards.
• Communicate with colleagues about expedited orders, quality issues, and inventory records.
• Participate in implementing process improvements.
• Contribute to maintaining and suggesting safety practices and procedures.
• Maintain an orderly work environment.
• Record transactions and maintain system accuracy in the ERP system.
• Work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
