You will read blueprints, track output, and report to the Floor Manager, with opportunities to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Required is 1 year of experience and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, plus basic math and instruction comprehension.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or equivalent demonstrated by previous roles.
• Ability to comprehend work instructions, process guidelines, quality documentation, and visual workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work under indirect supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly, packaging, and secondary operation tasks.
• Adhere to GMP, FDA, ISO, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain production quality.
• Track output and report to Floor Manager.
• Read and follow blueprints and quality instructions for orders.
• Operate various machines and hand tools; perform in-process inspections.
• Learn and adapt in a changing environment; work independently or in a team.
