Job summary

Carolinas Staffing is seeking Assembly Technicians in Leland, NC to assemble and test devices using hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment according to detailed instructions.

Positions include 2nd shift and weekend shifts with a training period on 1st shift. The pay is $16.00 per hour, and applicants must pass a background check and drug test, read English procedures, and have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures and prints written in English.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
• Completes all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Lead or Production Supervisor.
• Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
