Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in high tech manufacturing preferred.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication for manufacturing documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures such as Assembly Instruction, PPE, and Device History Record while performing duties.
• Mix, cast, and cure epoxy-based materials.
• Perform casting, bonding, shielding, packaging, go-no-go testing, wiring, gluing, hand soldering, and component installation with precision tools.
• Provide training and guidance to other Manufacturing Associates.
• Assist in other Manufacturing and Operations tasks as needed.
• Carry out machine cleaning and maintenance as required.
• Participate in internal assessment, material management, yield improvement projects.
