Qualifications

• Follow Manufacturing Instructions, Work Instructions and wiring schematics.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and LEAN manufacturing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub‑assemblies and thermal chambers with the production team.
• Perform wire harnesses, insulation cutting, frame prep, and door building.
• Assist final packaging and shipping as needed.
• Rotate between workstations to support production flow.
