Job summary

RiverSide Integrated Solutions, Inc. in Lewiston, MN is seeking a General Assembler for the 1st shift (5:00am-3:00pm).

You will contribute to various production tasks on the floor, assembling components with hand tools and electronic devices, and rotating through different workstations as needed. This entry-level, full-time role requires reading and following manufacturing instructions, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to be on your feet for a 10-hour shift.
• Team-oriented.
• Dependable.
• Good eye/hand coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime with notice on weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must be at least 16-17 years old (for minors under 18 years of age proof of age required).
• Parental permission required if under 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment
• Follow prescribed safety regulations
• Complete tasks as designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand tools and electronic tools
• Sitting and standing throughout the night
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• May rotate to various workstations as required
• Other duties as assigned
