Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler in Tennessee to join our manufacturing team. You will follow work instructions to assemble products, aim for production goals, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to read manuals, perform basic math, and document data. Training on Lean tools may be provided; readiness to work at multiple stations and stay dependable.

Candidates with a GED and 1–3 months related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines, if necessary.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
