The role emphasizes organizing the assembly line, conducting inspections, reporting daily production data, and maintaining equipment. You must follow safety practices and work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior assembly experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Able to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen.
• Must follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Inspect products using total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
