Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma, 1–2 years of assembly experience preferred, ability to read schedules, and adherence to safety practices. Overtime may be required; benefits include medical, 401(k), and pension.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of production assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening and safety policy.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspections on product using basic quality concepts.
• Conduct required quality checks with basic measurement tools.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and operate machines safely.
• Engage with technical support and downtime activities.
• Overtime may be required to meet production needs.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Coordinator.
