Job summary

KPS Global is seeking an Assembler in Goodyear, AZ to assemble fabricated parts under supervision and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Responsibilities include reading diagrams, wiring components, and maintaining paperwork.

The role requires operating hand and power tools, loading/unloading materials, and adhering to company procedures. This position supports our commitment to delivering high-quality cold storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting job orders, diagrams, and/or blueprints to select materials and position components.
• Assembling sub-assemblies and installing components per diagrams.
• Ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
• Operating hand tools and electrical/pneumatic power tools.
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials using lifting equipment when available.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to guide work.
• Maintaining paperwork including checklists, barcoding and shipping materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and install components per diagrams.
• Inspect products to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Operate hand tools and power tools (electrical/pneumatic).
• Load/unload and move materials using lifting equipment.
• Read and interpret orders/diagrams/blueprints to position materials.
• Complete and maintain all related paperwork including checklists and barcoding.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
