Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a diligent assembler for on-site work in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will assemble electronic components according to detailed documents, maintaining high quality and safety standards throughout each shift.

Key duties include using hand tools, documenting tasks, meeting daily production targets, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Comfortable working with various power hand tools.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Adhere to all safety, security and company policies.
• Sustain an acceptable attendance record, work all scheduled and adjusted times, and/or work overtime to accommodate production.
• Detailed and results oriented.
• Windows PC, Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electronic components following assembly documents and Aspen specifications to ensure quality.
• Completes required assembly activities for orders while maintaining quality and safety.
• Assembles parts using assembly documents and hand tools.
• Documents tasks with adherence to quality control processes.
• Maintains daily production rates and goals set by the company.
• Follows detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment, or material to Manufacturing Manager.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work.
