Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Specialist to work at a Premier Manufacturing Client in Taunton, MA. This full-time role offers a $20/hour pay rate with second and third shift availability.

You will perform assembly, packaging, and secondary operations, while following GMP/FDA/ISO standards and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality output. A 1+ year manufacturing background and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience (required).
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Can comprehend work instructions, process guidelines, quality documentation, and visual workmanship.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle delicate parts.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment and reading blueprints preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conducting assembly, packaging, and secondary operation manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Adhering to GMP, FDA, ISO, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining high production quality.
• Tracking manufacturing output and reporting to Floor Manager.
• Working both independently and as part of a team.
• Performing in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
