Kelly is seeking a reliable Assembly Specialist to join our Attleboro Falls manufacturing team. You will polish metal surfaces, remove excess material, and prepare parts for finishing, ensuring consistency with our quality standards.

The role requires 1+ year experience in metal finishing, the ability to stand for long periods, and comfortable use of ERP and basic computer tools. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in metal polishing, buffing, deburring, or precision assembly.
• Strong visual accuracy and attention to detail to detect minor surface defects.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or ERP entry.

Aufgaben

• Polish metal surfaces and remove excess material, trim marks, and defects using revolving abrasive wheels or belts.
• Select appropriate wheels, buffs, and compounds according to metal type and finish specifications.
• Set up, attach, and dress polishing wheels to create satin or high-light finishes.
• Examine completed pieces closely to confirm quality standards before plating.
• Record daily production notes using basic computer programs and ERP software.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all company safety rules.
• Support general assembly duties and assist team members as needed.
