Job summary

Recco Products, a precision micro-filter manufacturer, seeks an Assembly Operator to perform mesh cutting, shaping, and end-cap assembly in a Wayland, MI facility. You will label and pack parts, while maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

This full-time role requires sharp attention to detail, good vision (20/20 preferred), and the ability to operate shop tools and remain seated during shifts. ITAR-restricted position for U.S.

Qualifications

• Due to ITAR requirements, only American Citizens for this position.
• Must have 20/20 vision – with correction if needed.
• Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana.
• Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working.
• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods and operate shop resources with arms and hands.

Responsibilities

• Utilize shears to cut mesh into strips.
• Form, shape, coin, and assemble mesh and end caps using various tools.
• Accurately label, count, bag, and/or box small parts for shipment or inventory.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, quality control personnel, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
