Job summary

Pyrotek, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the Filter Assembly area to process mesh fabric into semi-finished and finished products.

Follow production priorities, operate slitter, guillotine cutter, and mold press, and accurately record material usage and parts produced to meet customer requirements. Ideal candidates have 1 year of manufacturing experience, can read work orders, and communicate in English in a loud production setting.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and product specifications.
• Safety-conscious with ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate slitting functions to meet width specs and record material usage.
• Set up and run klicker/guillotine cutter according to instructions.
• Load and operate mold press; trim, stack and pack finished cups.
• Assemble components and document production data for each work order.
• Notify supervisor of any machine malfunctions or barriers to output.
