Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and move parts between machines as processes are completed.
• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or abnormal conditions.
• Measure and inspect parts for conformance using in-process sheets and gaging.
• Notify Team Leader of any abnormal or unusual condition.
• Complete line PMs (planned maintenance) as assigned.
• Submit kaizen suggestions for improvements.
