Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong mathematical skills: add/subtract/multiply/divide and interpret SPC charts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate both automatic and manual assembly lines following procedures.
• Perform hourly checks and in-process gaging to ensure parts meet quality specifications.
• Complete line changeovers and attach fixtures per changeover procedures.
• Move parts along the line from machine to machine and monitor operation for malfunctions.
• Notify Team Leader of any abnormal conditions and contribute kaizen suggestions.
