Job summary

The Assembly & Bonding Technician at Tri-Mack Plastics in Bristol, RI, performs all part assembly, bonding, testing and screening per parts specifications. This role requires manual dexterity and mechanical skills to assemble and repair parts using small hand tools and following work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Familiarity with small hand tools and tight tolerances.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, bond, test and screen parts per specifications.
• Use small hand tools as required by the job.
• Follow specific work instructions for assemblies.
• Inspect work with measuring equipment to ensure conformance with blueprints.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and recordkeeping.
• Adhere to AS9100 requirements and Tri-Mack values.
