Job summary

Tri-Mack Plastics, located in Bristol, Rhode Island, seeks an Injection Molding Drier Maintenance & Materials Handler. You will move raw and finished materials to molding workstations, ensure dryers and loaders are clean, reliable, and available, and assist in maintenance and machine setup as required.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 40 pounds, and familiarity with OSHA/ISO guidelines. A high school diploma or GED is required and background checks are conducted.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools.
• Working knowledge of standard OSHA regulations.
• Physical ability to move molds and equipment and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide raw material for each injection molding machine; record usage.
• Keep all materials and equipment clean and free of contamination.
• Ensure hoppers, dryers and handling equipment are available and operational.
• Perform routine maintenance on hoppers and dryers; replace filters and check heaters.
• Read work orders to determine material types and quantities needed.
• Assist in set-up and maintenance of machines as required.
• Operate injection molding machines as needed and resolve inventory discrepancies.
