Qualifications

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Internal: Demonstrated Assembler II competency (for II level) or III competency (for III level).
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Uses work instructions, drawings, and schematics to assemble products following safety and quality standards.
• Resolves problems with peers or supervisors; leads basic problem solving for II/III levels.
• Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
