Job summary

Generac is seeking an Assembly role in Wisconsin. The position involves performing assembly tasks to manufacture products, validating materials, and following precise work instructions and safety standards.

You will work 3:15pm–1:15am, Tuesday–Friday, with a $19.10/hour base pay plus a $2.50 shift premium. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read procedures and use basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and accurate in assembly work.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and schematics.
• Strong manual dexterity and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to complex assembly tasks per specifications.
• Validate materials before assembly and ensure work instructions are followed.
• Maintain clean and safe workspace and use PPE as required.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic assembly equipment.
