You will follow established procedures, read orders and drawings, and maintain product integrity. The role requires safe work habits and teamwork to meet production goals.

You will mentor peers, use measuring tools with precision, and operate hoists safely. The position emphasizes problem solving and continuous improvement on Demco products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble according to print directions and shop orders.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.
• Read and understand shop orders and engineers drawings.
• Mentor and train other employees.
• Read and use measuring tools accurately.
• Operate hoist or crane using correct procedures.
• Complete jobs on time while meeting production goals.
• Collaborate with customers to solve problems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues on Demco products.
